If you are like me and LOVE chocolate, but can’t eat it for whatever reason then you are going to love this recipe. It is perfect for eating straight up, or using it to dip your fruit in (my fave). Only tip I have for when you are making it is not to over cook it. If you do, it won’t taste bad but it will be a different consistency. I did that already so that’s how I know!
When you are cooking it on the stove, as soon as everything is melted enough to mix together it is good to pull off and cool. So, without further adieu, here is the recipe!
Healthy Homemade Chocolate
- Put all ingredients into a pot on the stove over low heat. Stir constantly until it is mixed together.
- Pour mixture onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper and put in the fridge or freezer until cooled and hardened.
